All Sales Are Final

For safety and hygiene reasons, all nicotine pouch sales are final. We do not provide refunds. We offer store credit only for approved issues.

Store Credit Only

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we may issue store credit after reviewing the claim. Store credit can be used on any future purchase at TinsKing.com.

Eligibility for Store Credit

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Eligibility is determined case by case. We require clear photos showing:

  • Damaged products
  • Incorrect items received
  • Packaging issues

Lost Orders

If your entire order is lost during shipping, we will reship the full order within 5 business days after confirming the loss with the carrier.

Non Returnable Items

Due to health and safety laws, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Any product with broken seals
  • Products damaged due to misuse

Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Orders that fail delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees to resend.
